Tier 1 Events: January 1 - March 31
Tier 2 Events: April 1 - June 30

We are committed to providing premium entertainment for you and your guests while maintaining the highest level of safety. The following policies and procedures are in effect for all Tier 1, 2 and 3 events. Tier 4 events will be updated this summer.
Masks will be worn by Trevino Entertainment, LLC staff at all times. This includes set-up and tear-down times. Although we will not ask for nor monitor the wearing of masks by you or your guests during your event, we will announce that anyone coming to the DJ booth must have a mask on.
To minimize the interaction between our staff and your guests, we will announce that requests will not be taken at the DJ booth. We will provide request cards that guests can fill out and complete. They will be collected and played if appropriate.
Community Wireless Microphone
Any wireless microphone used by guests (for speeches or toasts) will be placed on a stand and wiped down between uses. Guests will not be allowed to remove or hold the microphone in their hand. Disposable windscreens will be used between uses.
Initial meetings, follow up and planning meetings are currently taking place via video conference and will continue to be held in this format until further notice.
