TERMS OF SERVICE

ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT
Cash and check are accepted. Please make checks payable to TREVINO ENTERTAINMENT, LLC. Payments may be mailed, but we are not responsible for lost or stolen cash or checks. A $25 fee will be charged for any returned checks. If cash is sent, change will not be returned.
DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENT
A non-refundable deposit may be due upon acceptance of a quote. This deposit may be waived by TREVINO ENTERTAINMENT, LLC, only. Deposit is not refundable under any circumstance. Final payment is due no later than seven days (7) prior to the event date. Payments are accepted late only with written permission from TREVINO ENTERTAINMENT, LLC. All other late payments will be accessed a Late Payment Fee of $50 for every 30 calendar days the payment is late.
Any controversies or disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or a signed quote shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the then-current Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. All parties shall mutually select an acceptable and respectable arbitrator knowledgeable about the issues relating to the dispute. The decision rendered by the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding on the parties.
Any event may be cancelled by the Client up to four (4) weeks prior to the event without penalty. Cancellation within four weeks of the event is subject to a Cancellation Fee equal to 50% of the event total less deposit already paid. Deposit is not returned in the event of a cancellation by the Client. Events cancelled by TREVINO ENTERTAINMENT, LLC, will result in full reimbursement of any deposit or money paid by the Client.
VENUE AND PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS
The Client is responsible for providing TREVINO ENTERTAINMENT, LLC, safe and adequate space to load and unload equipment. If there is a charge or fee to use this space, it is the responsibility of the Client to arrange payment prior to the event. Once unloaded, the Client is responsible for providing TREVINO ENTERTAINMENT, LLC, with safe and adequate space to set up equipment. This space must be no more than 25’ away from a dependable power source (minimum 30 amp dedicated circuit with ground). This space must also have a level and firm surface. The space must also be clear of any and all foot traffic. No guests, staff or servers are allowed behind our designated area. If we are performing outdoors, our designated area must be fully covered and provide protection from rain or snow. Failure to meet any of these requirements may result in our inability to perform. Funds will not be returned if venue and performance requirements are not met and result in non-performance in any way.
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless TREVINO ENTERTAINMENT, LLC, Michael F. Trevino, and its staff, contractors, and affiliates from all claims, losses, expenses, fees (including attorney fees), costs, and judgements that may be asserted against TREVINO ENTERTAINMENT, LLC, that result from acts or omissions made by TREVINO ENTERTAINMENT, LLC, its employees, agents, or representatives.

PHOTOGRAPHS & VIDEO WAIVER
The Client understands that TREVINO ENTERTAINMENT, LLC, may take photos or videos of the event for promotional purposes. The Client waives the rights to any compensation or royalties from the use of the photos or videos, and grants permission to TREVINO ENTERTAINMENT, LLC, or its designated representative to take photos or videos during the event.
UPDATES AND AMENDMENTS TO THE TERMS OF SERVICE
TREVINO ENTERTAINMENT, LLC, reserves the right to amend or modify these terms at any time and for any reason. The most recent version of these terms is available at any time by visiting or by requesting a printed copy by mail to the address listed above.
