Frequently Asked Questions
That is easy...me!
I'm a single op DJ, meaning I don't hire or contract out any of the services I offer. All of your interactions and consultations will be with me, and I will be the one there at your event.
Unlimited Consultations
While in-person meetings may not always be possible, we will connect a minimum of three times prior to your event (via phone or Zoom video conference). You also have access to me via email or text as much as needed leading up to your event.
On-site Backup Equipment
Backup equipment is available onsite and I work hard to ensure all equipment is in prime working order before each event.
Two Setups, One Price
Our Premium Wedding Service includes two setups. This allows uninterrupted service from the ceremony to the reception. Our ceremony system is battery powered and built to withstand minor weather events (light rain, hot temperatures).
Yes!
We carry a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy for every event. We also have the ability to add your venue as additional insured upon request.
Always Included
Basic master of ceremony services are included with every DJ package. For weddings, this includes wedding party introductions, dismissing tables, and even leading games. We are on the mic as much or as little as you need.
The first 75 miles are free...
Our service area extends for 75 miles in every direction of Salem, Oregon. Anything outside of this service area may be subject to a $75 or $100 travel fee, depending on the distance.
3 Hours
Setup depends on the venue and the complexity of the setup for your particular event. We ask for a minimum of three hours for this task. This allows for time to troubleshoot any issues that may come up like power, weather, and changes to the script.
30 Days
The retainer is non-refundable, but is transferable to a different date. If you cancel with 30 days notice or more, you get a refund of anything you have paid, less the retainer. If you cancel within 30 days, 50% of the balance, less the retainer, is still owed.
